The Public Services Agency reiterates that all the services within the territorial subdivisions are provided according to pre-registration (except for vehicle registration services and the death registration service), and in full compliance with COVID-19 infection protection rules.
At the same time, it should be pointed out that the citizens have the possibility to plan their visit in advance to the subdivisions of the Public Services Agency, using the information system “Pre-registration” by means of the official website of the Agency www.asp.gov.md or by phone at the contact numbers of Multifunctional Centers, and by calling the Call Center at 14 909. The pre-registration service is provided free of charge and is available 24 hours a day depending on the office's working schedule.
The services shall be provided to the applicants according to the queuing principle (first in first out) only in cases of lack of appointments or non-appearance of the pre-registered persons. Furthermore, we draw your attention to the fact that according to this principle the services shall be provided primarily to the elderly, people with severe and accentuated disabilities, pregnant women and mothers with children under the age of 3 years.
We would like to underline that in order to ensure an effective time management approach and save the time of the citizens, the PSA offers an optimal, convenient and quick possibility to pay online for the services provided by the Agency through the Governmental Electronic Payments Service (MPay). It should be mentioned that as of the date of 21 March 2021, the passports of 1,026,239 citizens of the Republic of Moldova have expired.
