06.04.2021 07:45

In pursuance of the provisions of Order no. 1 of April1, 2021 of the Commission for Exceptional Situations of the Republic of Moldova, the Public Services Agency informs about the establishment of a special working regime of the institution starting April 3, 2021.

We draw your attention to  the cessation of some services within the PSA subdivisions or the provision of services only in cases of absolute necessity, as follows:

  • the organization of solemn registration of  a newborn and celebration of wedding anniversaries , including solemn ceremony of marriage registration, shall be ceased, thus ensuring the conclusion of marriage exclusively within the civil status office/multifunctional center and only in the exclusive presence of the bride and groom.
  • the services of the territorial cadastral bodies which require a site visit for carrying out  cadastral works will be provided taking into account the strict necessity.

It should be noted that all services within the territorial subdivisions of the PSA are provided according to pre-registration (except for vehicle registration services and the death registration service). We remind you that the pre-registration is made through the official site of the Agency www.asp.gov.md or by telephone at the contact numbers of the Multifunctional centers, as well as by calling the Call Center at 14 909. The pre-registration service is provided free of charge and is available 24 hours a day depending on the office’s working schedule.

In addition, we recommend the applicants to solve the issues regarding the provision of the PSA services remotely, particularly using the following possibilities:

  • phone consultations, e-mail, the PSA website, placement of orders for electronic services and delivery of documents to the applicant’s address,
  • pre-registration at any Multifunctional center,
  • online payment for services through the Governmental Service for Electronic Payments (MPay). Payment is made by bank card or by Internet banking without the need to address to the payment service provider.

It should be emphasized that the territorial subdivisions of the PSA continue their activity according to the following work schedule: from Monday to Saturday (from Monday toFriday, from Monday to Saturday, from Tuesday to Saturday, for details visit the link), from 7.30 to 16.00 in strict observance of the obligatory prevention measures of COVID – 19 infection.
