Door-to door documents delivery through the post offices

In the context of the continuous collaboration of the Public Services Agency with the S.E. „Posta Moldovei”, we communicate about the extension of the list of documents issued by the PSA, which can be delivered directly to the applicant’s place of domicile, residence or location on the territory of the Republic of Moldova through the post offices.

Such a way of delivering documents that are ordered within the territorial subdivisions of the PSA gives the beneficiary the opportunity to save time by avoiding visiting the PSA office to receive the ordered documents, and is also a precautionary measure during the current epidemiological situation in the country.

Thus, through the post offices throughout the country (except for the localities on the left bank of the Dniester River and the Bender municipality), the following documents can be delivered to the applicant’s destination:

  • the identity card of the citizen of the Republic of Moldova;
  • the passport of the citizen of the Republic of Moldova;
  • the extract from the State Register of Population or from the manual card-file of the population registration (certificate).
  • the duplicate of a civil status certificate ;
  • the extract of a civil status document;
  • the multilingual extract of a civil status document;
  • the certificate of  civil status;
  • the certificate of  matrimonial capacity;
  • the certificate proving or disproving  the change of name and/or surname;
  • explanatory certificate (in the field of civil status);
  • the certificate of the annulment and/or changes made to a civil status document.
  • vehicle registration certificate;
  • driving license, international driving permit;
  • certificate containing data from the State Register of Drivers or from the State Register of Transport;
  • information from the State Register of legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs (extract) and/or from the constitutive documents;
  • copies of the certified  constitutive documents of the legal entity;
  • licences issued to legal entities.

In order to comply with the COVID infection prevention measures the Public Services Agency recommends applicants to remotely solve the issues related to the PSA service provision, and namely:  use of available electronic services, on-line payment, consultations by phone, e-mail, the PSA website, pre-registration and delivery of documents through the post offices.

It should be mentioned that previously only the delivery of the passport and identity card of the citizen of the Republic of Moldova was available through the S. E. „Posta Moldovei”.
