In order to improve the pre-registration services for the exam meant to obtain the driving licence of the citizen of the Republic of Moldova, as well as to prevent fraudulent pre-registration cases, the Public Services Agency initiated the process of modernizing the system for online pre-registration for the exam.
Thus, the actualized pre-registration platform will ensure the improvement and optimization of the business processes of pre-registration for driving licence and driver’s qualification exams, and will increase the security level of the pre-registration process.
We repeatedly draw your attention to the fact that pre-registration and expedited pre-registration for the theoretical and practical examination for obtaining the driving licence at the competent territorial subdivisions of PSA, shall be carried out exclusively through the Agency's resources: online by accessing the official website of the institution www.asp.gov.md, by telephone at the contact numbers of the territorial subdivisions for vehicles registration and drivers qualification or directly at the office, as well as by calling the unique number of the Call Center 14 909.
It should be pointed out that the service of pre-registration for the exam are provided free of charge by the Public Services Agency.
The Public Services Agency strongly recommends the persons applying for pre-registration for driving licence exam, both on ordinary and expedited basis, to avoid proposals on pre-registration suggested by third parties (through such applications as “Telegram”, “WhatsApp”, “Viber”, etc.).
All the detected fraudulent pre-registration cases through the third parties have been documented and transmitted to the law-enforcement authorities by the PSA.
Please note that the disclosure of your personal data to the fraudsters can entail serious consequences as a result of their use for criminal purposes. Don't become prey for a fraudster!
