During the period 11-14 May 2021, the PSA was subject to an external audit aimed at monitoring the compliance of quality, information security and anti-bribery management systems with the requirements of standards SM EN ISO 9001: 2015 “Quality management systems. Requirements”, SM EN ISO/IEC 27001: 2017 “Information technology. Security techniques. Information security management systems. Requirements” and SM ISO 37001: 2016 “Anti-bribery management systems. Requirements with guidance for use”.
Because of the extraordinary conditions generated by the COVID-19 pandemic, the surveillance audit was carried out remotely and covered the main scopes of the Public Services Agency. The international auditors performed the analysis of the documents and records and appreciated the actions taken during the audit process.
The results of the audit attest the functionality of the quality, information security and anti-bribery management systems, the training and ability of the employees to perform their duties at the highest level. At the same time, during the audit the external auditors formulated a series of recommendations for improving the integrated management systems implemented within the PSA.
