In order to improve the services of pre-registration for the exam for obtaining a driving license of the citizen of the Republic of Moldova, as well as to prevent cases of fraudulent pre-registration, the Public Services Agency initiated the process of modernizing the electronic system of pre-registration for the exam.
Starting today, 24.05.2021, the new pre-registration platform in its pilot stage was implemented within the Vehicle Registration and Driver Qualification Division in Criuleni .
The modernized pre-registration platform will ensure the improvement and optimization of the business processes of pre-registration for driver qualification and driving licence exams, and will raise the security level of the pre-registration process.
We repeatedly draw your attention that both ordinary and expedited pre-registration for the theoretical and practical driving tests within the competent territorial subdivisions of the PSA shall be carried out exclusively through the resources of the Public Services Agency: online by accessing the official website of the institution www.asp.gov.md, by telephone at the contact numbers of the territorial subdivisions of vehicle registration and driver qualification or directly within the office, as well as by calling the unique number of the Call- center 14 909.
