The Public Services Agency informs that as of the 21st of June 2021, all the territorial subdivisions of the PSA continues their work according to a special work schedule: from 8.00 to 16:30, from Monday to Saturday (from Monday to Friday, from Monday to Saturday, from Tuesday to Saturday, for detailed information visit the link), and in strict compliance with the protection and prevention rules against the spread of COVID-19 infection. Reception of citizens will be carried out without a lunch break.
We reiterate that all the services within the territorial subdivisions of the PSA are provided according to pre-registration (except for vehicles registration services and the death registration service). We remind you that the pre-registration is made through the official web-site of the Agency www.asp.gov.md or by the telephone numbers of the multifunctional centers, as well as through the Call Center by the telephone number 14 909. The pre-registration service is free of charge and it is available 24 hours depending on the office’s working schedule.
