The Public Services Agency informs that within the framework of the Land Registration and Property Valuation Project it has launched public consultations of the cadastral documentation also in the online environment.
The developed cadastral documentation is posted on the website of the Public Services Agency - http://asp.gov.md/en/pief/cpdc. Public consultations are an important step in the process of massive primary registration of property rights, as they allow us to identify some possible errors before making entries in the Real Estate Register. Public consultations are organized to inform rightholders and other interested persons in the community about the results of the works on identification of the immovable property and their owners, as well as about the cadastral documents developed for this purpose. The publication of cadastral documents in the online environment, in addition to the actual display at the town halls or in other public space within the perimeter of a locality, provides a higher degree of access and information for rightholders, especially for those who, at present, cannot consult the cadastral documents in person. In the process of consulting the cadastral documentation, the Public Services Agency ensures compliance with the commitment for the processing of personal data, guaranteed by law.
At the same time, the PSA reiterates that the applicants who require cadastral services have the possibility to verify through the information portal of the immovable property cadastre (e-Cadastru) the legal status of the immovable property, including the type of the registered right, number of marks and prohibitions on the immovable property by accessing the central cadastral database. The online consultation offers the opportunity to effectively manage your time.
