On 08.09.2021 in Ocnita district, Dingeni commune, the documents certifying the ownership title to private land plots were handed over to the holders, with the participation of the representatives of local public authorities, the Public Services Agency and the Agency for Land Relations and Cadastre.
The handing over of the ownership titles to private land plots to the holders was made within the framework of the Land Registration and Property Valuation Project financed by the World Bank on the basis of the Financing Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Moldova and the International Development Association that was signed on September 17, 2018.
The project implemented by the Public Services Agency through the Department of Cadastre with the assistance of supporting Agencies (Public Property Agency, Agency for Land Relations and Cadastre) is aimed at improving the quality and transparency of land administration and property valuation systems in the Republic Moldova.
The handing over of ownership titles to the holders is carried out within the framework of Component A: Primary registration of immovable property and is aimed at supporting the primary registration of privately owned real estate, thus completing the creation of the real estate cadastre in the Republic of Moldova and strengthening the cadastral quality for real estate objects that are already registered.
