At the same time, don’t forget to take the opportunity to use the information portal of the cadastre of immovable property (e-Cadastre) to check the legal status of the real estate, including the type of the registered property right, number of notations and prohibitions on the real estate by accessing the central database of the cadastre. We emphasize that in all the territorial subdivisions of the PSA the provision of services as a matter of priority to elderly people, people with severe and accentuated disabilities, pregnant women and mothers with children under 3 years remains in force.
