To ensure a transparent and objective examination process and conduct the theory and practical tests under video and audio monitoring, the Public Services Agency has implemented a number of measures to reorganize the examination process carried out within the territorial subdivisions of drivers’ qualification located in the northern part of the Republic of Moldova:
- the persons, trained by the institutions for training drivers in the category/subcategory C1, C1E, D1, D1E and D, located in the districts of Edinet, Drochia, Donduseni, Briceni, Ocnita and Riscani, and who got the mark "Passed" for the theory test, shall take the practical test for these categories/subcategories at Vehicle Registration and Drivers’ Qualification Division (VRDQD) Balti;
- the persons trained by the institutions for training drivers in the category/subcategory AM, A1, A2, A, B1, B and BE located in Briceni district, shall take the theory and practical driving test for these categories/subcategories at VRDQD Edinet.
