The Public Services Agency brings to your attention that starting November 10, 2021, the Vehicle Registration Offices in Tiraspol municipality and Ribnita shall provide services of issuing registration certificates for vehicles with neutral licence plates on an expedited basis: within 3 and 5 working days.
It should be pointed out that according to the amendments of September 11, 2020 made to the Law no. 170/2018, the mechanism for registration of vehicles in the Transnistrian region with the neutral licence plates was extended until September 1, 2022 and respectively the persons living on the left bank of the Nistru river will continue to register their transport means with neutral licence plates at the subdivisions of the Public Services Agency, located in Tiraspol municipality and Ribnita city.
