Advertisements and National Lottery tickets put up for sale by means of Posta Moldovei in the counters located in the Multifunctional Centres of the Public Services Agency (PSA) will be withdrawn starting Monday, the 22nd of November 2021.
The action is dictated by the need to comply with the normative framework, namely - the Action Plan on Public Services Modernization Reform for the years 2017-2021, approved by the Government Decision no.966 of 9 August 2016, Law no.98 of 4 May 2012 on Specialized Central Public Administration, Law no.291/2016 on the organization and conduct of gambling, Government Decision no. 314/2017 on the establishment of the Public Services Agency.
An order in this regard was signed by the Director of the Agency stating that the advertisement and sale of any lottery tickets within the PSA do not correspond to the purpose of establishment and respectively the mission of the Public Services Agency.
The decision will cover the PSA centers from 31 localities.
