Please note that the services shall be provided according to the pre-registration. At the same time, the provision of services to the applicants according to the principle of ordinary queue (first-come, first-served) is rendered within the availability of the territorial subdivisions of the PSA (in cases of lack of pre-registrations or the registered persons do not appear).
It should be mentioned that in the case of services rendered to citizens from the ordinary queue (first come, first served), priority is given to citizens applying for services provided on an expedited basis. Within all the territorial subdivisions of the PSA, the priority of providing services is given to elderly people, people with severe and accentuated disabilities, pregnant women and mothers with children under 3 years old.
To the attention of applicants of cadastral services in Chisinau municipality:
- Do you have an immovable property in Chisinau municipality and want to register it? Come to any Multifunctional Centre of Chisinau municipality, anytime and anywhere it is convenient to you during their working hours (MC no.1, 2, 3, 4). You can choose either to schedule your visit in advance by pre-registering here or be served according to the “first-come, first-served principle” within the working.
- The applicants for services of registration of mortgage contracts (physical and legal persons), purchase and sales contracts with concomitant institution of mortgage and additional agreements will be served, as a matter of priority, according to the first come, first served basis, within the Multifunctional Centre 4.
- The legal persons requiring the registration of more than 5 applications can apply to the Multifunctional Centre Chisinau 5.
