International Scientific and Practical Conference “Adaptation of public services to existing technological challenges and expectations of the business environment”

The Public Services Agency (PSA), in partnership with the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova (AESM), is currently holding the International Scientific and Practical Conference entitled „Adaptation of public services to existing technological challenges and expectations of the business environment”.

The event is organized to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the founding of the state registration authority (the State Registration Chamber), as well as the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the licensing authority (the Licensing Chamber). The event is held today and tomorrow - December 9 and 10, at the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova (09.12.2021) and at the PSA (10.12.2021, Chisinau municipality, 47 Aleksandr Pushkin Street).

At the official opening of the conference, the rector of the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova, Prof. Acad. Grigore Belostecinic, thanked both the participants and the organizers, for the plenary realization of this conference, appreciated the professionalism of the PSA team, including the provision, development and promotion of public services in various fields of activity and respectively, their contribution in the process of dynamic development of the country.

The director of the PSA, Mr. Mircea Esanu, in his turn thanked the entire staff of the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova, the management of the Department of legal entities registration and licensing (DLERL) within the PSA, participants and partners, the PSA employees, who participated in the founding of the primary structures of state registration and licensing. Mr. Esanu congratulated all the representatives of the subdivisions of legal entities registration and licensing on the occasion of these anniversaries. In this context, the Director of the PSA also mentioned the priorities of the PSA, which partly relate to the process of reforming and digitalization of public services as a whole.

Ms. Angela Belobrov, Head of the Department of legal entities registration and licensing, expressed her gratitude to the partners for the support provided in organizing the event, as well as to the PSA executive board for supporting the daily activities of the subdivision headed by her. Subsequently, Ms. Belobrov presented the developments and prospects of the activity of the state registration and licensing authority in the Republic of Moldova.

The event was attended by the executive board of the subdivisions of the Department of legal entities registration and licensing, the former Heads of the State Registration Chamber, professors of the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova, representatives of the business environment, the executive board of the Electronic Government Agency, as well as representatives of some foreign institutions.

The activities of the first day included a series of presentations on scientific and practical topics in the scientific section “Achievements and perspectives in the public services development”. Also, a group interview entitled “Elucidation of factors that increase the satisfaction of beneficiaries of services provided by the PSA” was organized.
