In the context of the criminal prosecution actions carried out today, 20.12.2021 by the anti-corruption prosecutors and the National Anticorruption Center against some employees of the Public Services Agency, within the framework of criminal case initiated on the facts of corruption in the issuance of permissive documents for the purchase and sale of immovable property, we inform you that the Public Services Agency is in close dialogue with the NAC and the AP and provides all the necessary support to law enforcement authorities to identify the guilty persons and fully elucidate the documented cases.
The Public Services Agency hopes that this case, along with other cases initiated by the prosecutor’s office and the National Anticorruption Center on abuses of power and corruption in the PSA, will be brought to court.
We emphasize our continuous openness to investigate and combat cases of non-compliance with the law. The Public Services Agency undertakes multiple measures to prevent and combat corruption within the subdivisions subordinated to the institution and systematically provides the necessary support and assistance to the competent authorities in identifying possible corruption actions and integrity incidents committed by its employees.
