To the attention of applicants for services provided by the Public Services Agency

In the context of the increased risk of further spread of SARS-CoV-2 virus, as well as in order to implement the Decree of the National Extraordinary Public Health Commission (NEPHC) no. 2 of January 20, 2022, the Public Services Agency recommends the applicants for the public services provided by the territorial subdivisions of the PSA:

  • to wear masks mandatory;
  • to maintain a social distance of at least 1.5 m;
  • to keep personal hygiene (washing hands, using hand sanitizers);
  • to solve issues related to the provision of PSA services remotely, in particular using: telephone consultations, e-mail, the PSA website, ordering electronic services, ordering delivery of documents to the address indicated by the applicant, making an appointment to visit any Multifunctional Centre, online payment for services, etc.

For the convenience of citizens, the efficient saving and management of their time, the Public Services Agency continues to take all the necessary measures to optimize and modernize the services provided, and also opts for the diversification of the modern possibilities and electronic solutions regarding the request and payment for public services provided by the PSA, in particular:

  • Opportunity to plan a visit in advance to the PSA subdivisions by means of the official website of the Agency www.asp.gov.md or by phone at the contact numbers of the Multifunctional Centres, as well as through the Call Centre by dialling 14 909.
  • A convenient and fast possibility to pay online for the services provided by the PSA, through the Government Electronic Payments Service (MPay) or through the self-service terminals of the commercial banks:
    • Payment through the MPay service shall be made by means of any mobile device connected to the Internet, through Web-Banking or www.mpay.gov.md/services.image
    • Self-service terminals accept both cash and bank card payments.termenal-pay
  • It is possible to apply for some services provided by the PSA and/or obtain some documents under a power of attorney based on the electronic signature MPower. The users of the MPower platform can benefit from the services provided by the PSA in the field of state registration of legal entities, issuance of permits, provision of information from the cadastre of immovable property, issuance of an extract from the State Register of Population, etc.
  • The application „Order online” provides an opportunity to request services for the provision of information from the State Registers (Register of Immovable Property, State Register of Population, State Register of Drivers, State Register of Legal Entities, etc.).
  • Various electronic services are available:
  • Documents issued by the PSA can be delivered directly to the place of domicile, residence or location of the applicant on the territory of the Republic of Moldova by means of the Post Offices. This method of delivery of documents ordered in the territorial subdivisions of the PSA allows the beneficiary to save time, avoiding the need to pay a visit to the PSA offices in order to get the ordered documents.

Please note that the services provided primarily to the elderly, people with severe and accentuated disabilities, pregnant women and mothers with children under the age of 3 remain in effect within all territorial subdivisions of the PSA.
