The Public Services Agency announces that, starting March 1, 2022 the provision of services for the issuance of identity documents and civil status documents will be carried out by certain multifunctional centers of the institution according to an extended work schedule.
Thus, the following subdivisions of PSA will work from Monday to Saturday with the following work schedule:
- Multifunctional centers from Chisinau and Balti - from 07.30 to 19.00;
- Multifunctional centers from Anenii Noi, Causeni, Stefan-Voda, Hincesti, Ialoveni and Cahul - from 07.30 to 19.00.
It should be taken into consideration that the services are provided according to the pre-registration. At the same time, the provision of services to the applicants will be rendered according to the ordinary queue („first-come, first-served” principle) within the availability of the territorial subdivisions of the PSA.
In the case of services rendered to citizens from the ordinary queue, priority is given to persons applying for services provided on an expedited basis.
The reception of citizens shall be carried out without a lunch break and until the last applicant shall be provided services.
