Residents of Chisinau who are registered at the place of domicile or residence in Chisinau municipality, as well as those who are not registered or cannot prove their last place of domicile in the country, can apply for civil status services (applications for marriage, birth certificates, re-registration of civil status registered abroad, obtaining duplicates or extracts from civil status documents, etc.) to any of the following Multifunctional Centers (MC):
- MC Chisinau 1, 11/1 M. Viteazul Street;
- MC Chisinau 2, 47 A. Pushkin Street;
- MC Chisinau 3, 17 M. Sadoveanu Street;
- MC Chisinau 4, 6 Decebal Avenue.
Previously, applications for civil status documents could only be submitted at the Multifunctional Center in whose territorial area of competence the applicant resided.
The events of solemn registration of marriage can be carried out by the civil status officers in the premises of the Multifunctional Centers no. 1 and no. 4.
