Annually, from 1 to 30 September, the Public Services Agency receives applications for registration in the List of beneficiaries of the percentage allocation.
In order to become beneficiaries of the percentage allocation mechanism, applicants submit their applications to the PSA multifunctional centers in the form of paper document or electronic document signed with the electronic signature and sent to the address: dilud@asp.gov.md. The application form can be found here. The application is submitted in a manner established by the Agency, with a certificate issued by a banking institution regarding the opening of a bank account in national currency.
Beneficiary organizations, included in the list of beneficiaries of the percentage allocation in previous years, are automatically entered in the list of beneficiaries for the next year, provided that they have no debts to the national public budget for previous fiscal periods.
Please note that in order to ensure the updating of data included in the List, the beneficiaries of the percentage allocation, based on paragraph 111 of the Regulation on the mechanism of percentage allocation, approved by Government Decision no. 1286/2016, shall notify the Public Services Agency of the change in name, location, fiscal code, bank account, and data about the removal from the State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs.
