At the invitation of the American Chamber of Commerce in Moldova and European Business Association Moldova, Mircea Esanu, Director of the Public Services Agency, participated in a discussion with representatives of the entrepreneurial environment, during which several issues related to the provision of public services to the business community of our country were addressed.
“Digital transformation is one of the basic priorities of the Public Services Agency for the nearest period. At this stage, we are in the course of work on the creation of a Single Register of Legal Entities, and also the digitization of the archive we hold has begun. We would like the business environment to feel comfortable in the relationship with a public institution. That is why we tend to digitize all processes, so that our citizens can obtain online the widest possible range of services provided by the Public Services Agency. This would also make the activity of entrepreneurs in our country much easier”, Mircea Esanu said at the opening of the event.
During the “questions – answers” session, representatives of the business environment spoke about the problems they currently have in the relationship with the Public Services Agency. The businesspeople who were present in the room showed their willingness to offer their support and expertise they possess for the optimization of the processes of providing public services to the entrepreneurial environment.
In this sense, it was made the decision to create an Advisory Council within which the Public Services Agency will discuss directly with the representatives of the entrepreneurial environment various sectoral topics in order to jointly find solutions to the problems reported by the business environment.
In his turn, Mircea Esanu, Director of the Public Services Agency, spoke to the participants about the package of legislative acts that the Public Services Agency submitted to the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova, which, once adopted, will boost digital transformation processes in various fields of the Agency’s activity.
