The Public Services Agency has 40 multifunctional centers that are located in every district of the country, through which applicants can order all public services provided by the PSA according to the „one-stop shop” principle.
- In order to increase the accessibility of public services and bring them closer to citizens, the E-Governance Agency in partnership with the Public Services Agency and other public institutions launched a pilot project on the creation of Unified Centers for the Provision of Public Services (CUPS).
- CUPS are alternative offices for the provision of public services and qualified advisory assistance located in town halls (for citizens residing on the territory of the country) and in diplomatic missions/consular offices of the Republic of Moldova (for citizens residing abroad).
At the moment, 17 Unified Centers have been created, through which the Public Services Agency provides about 21 public services. The list can be viewed here:
It is expected to expand the CUPS pilot program to 80 CUPS offices.
