The Public Services Agency together with the Public Property Agency, thanks to the Land Registration and Property Valuation Project, completes the national cadastral register of public and private lands at preferential prices. The cadastral works are carried out at the expense of the project, and citizens or local public authorities do not bear any costs.
During the period of the project, 2019-2024, the registration of over 300 thousand private lands is expected to be carried out, which means free property titles for the owners of these lands and delimitation of about 100 thousand public lands.
Cadastral works are carried out in districts of Ocnita, Edinet, Briceni, Soroca, Floresti, Donduseni, Drochia, Falesti, Singerei, Straseni, Glodeni, Calarasi, Riscani, Cimislia, Basarabeasca, Orhei, Ialoveni, Causeni , Hincesti, Soldanesti, Stefan-Voda, ATU Gagauzia, Rezina, Nisporeni, Telenesti, Ungeni, Cahul, Leova, Cantemir, the municipalities of Chisinau and Balti.
Citizens from the concerned districts are encouraged to actively participate in the process of public consultation of the cadastral documentation prepared in the project. Consultations are organized at the local town halls and their status - active or completed - can be viewed on the website of the Public Services Agency, section PIEF (LRPVP).
The Land Registration and Property Valuation Project is implemented based on the Financing Agreement between the Republic of Moldova and the International Development Association and carried out by the Public Services Agency in partnership with the Public Property Agency and Agency for Land Relations and Cadastre in the period 2019-2024.
