Economic agents are obliged by law to notify the Public Services Agency about the changes in their instruments of incorporation and in the data entered in the State Register of Legal Entities.
Aiming at supporting creditors of legal persons and individual entrepreneurs who, in their turn, can be natural and legal entities, under private or public law (e.g. State Tax Service, CNAS, CNAM etc.), the PSA publishes the respective information on its official website, in the „Transparency/Economic operator’s announcements” section.

The notices are published with the following periodicity:
I. Daily:
- change of the name of the legal entity;
- change of the address of the legal entity;
- initiation of the procedure for deregistration of inactive individual entrepreneurs, inactive legal entities, and taxpayers whose tax obligations were simplistically redeemed by deduction;
- removal of legal entity from the State Register.
II. Weekly:
- reduction of the authorized capital;
- starting of the reorganization procedure;
- starting of the procedure for the liquidation of legal entities.
III. If necessary:
- completion of the procedure for the reorganization of joint-stock companies;
Economic agents can register the respective changes with the PSA in two ways:
- By sending the application electronically to the e-mail inregistrare.ud@asp.gov.md (the application and accompanying documents must be signed electronically). More relevant information can be found here: https://www.asp.gov.md/ro/servicii/persoane-juridice/21.
- By scheduling a visit to any multifunctional center of the PSA to submit the application in person. Here. („Legal entities” service).
