The Public Services Agency announces the launch of three new electronic services in the field of cadastre:
- Information from the central data bank about the property belonging to a natural/legal person, all rights;
- Information from the central data bank about the property belonging to a natural/legal person, active rights;
- Information from the central data bank about the property belonging to a natural/legal person, for the State Programme „Prima casa”.
The cadastral information provision service can be requested online, by accessing the Public Services Portal - www.servicii.gov.md or the Public Services Agency website - www.asp.gov.md, without having to go to the multifunctional centers of the PSA.
Information about registered rights in immovable property is provided against payment and paid through the governmental electronic payment service MPay, using any payment instrument electively, such as: bank card, ApplePay/Google Pay, internet banking, cash payments and electronic coins.
The time limits for the service provision: 1 business day and 15 business days.
Documents that indicate active rights, all rights or rights for the period requested by the beneficiary can be issued:
- electronically, being downloaded on the Governmental Portal of the Citizen or Entrepreneur (mcabinet.gov.md). To access the MCabinet, the applicant will need the electronic signature;
- on paper, with their delivery to the address indicated by the beneficiary by means of the governmental delivery service MDelivery or getting them at the multifunctional center in the municipality of Chisinau.
For the convenience of beneficiaries of cadastral services it was developed the Guide for the user of the electronic services development platform with the role of requester of cadastral services, which describes the procedure for ordering services.
