The Public Services Agency announces about the extension of electronic cadastral services that now will be also provided for immovable property located in the municipality of Balti, districts of Ungheni, Anenii Noi, Criuleni, as well as in the ATU Gagauzia. Previously these services were only available for real estate located in the municipality of Chisinau.
Thus, both natural and legal persons will be able to request online and obtain in electronic format various cadastral documents, such as: extracts from the Register of Immovable Property; information on the value of real estate and cadastral plans for real estate; as well as the information from the Central Data Bank of the Cadastre of Immovable Property about the real estate belonging to a natural/legal person.
Citizens will be able to submit the application online through the new electronic services development platform (ESDP), which can be accessed on the official website of the Public Services Agency www.asp.gov.md (category Services/Electronic services/Online order/Immovable Property) or on the Public Services Portal www.servicii.gov.md.
The result of the service can be obtained by the applicant in electronic format and/or, if necessary – on paper.
The result of the service in electronic format will be downloaded in the personal cabinet (Governmental Portal of the Citizen: mcabinet.gov.md). To request electronic cadastral services in electronic format the applicant must have an electronic signature.
If a paper document is requested, the applicant will have 2 options to receive it: at the selected multifunctional center or at the indicated address, using the governmental delivery service MDelivery, which is integrated with the ESDP.
The option to order the cadastral document issuance services online is also available for persons who benefit from facilities, being necessary to enter a minimum set of identification data:
- the IDNP, forename, surname of the applicant and selection, by ticking, of the category of beneficiary of facilities, without the need to attach confirmatory documents. The platform ensures the automatic verification and instant confirmation of the applicant's belonging to one of the categories of beneficiaries of facilities (old-aged pensioner; disabled person).
