The Public Services Agency registers a substantial increase in the number of applications for the issuance/extension/re-issuance of licences, submitted online by economic agents: from about 19% in 2020 and 20% in 2021, to about 38% - in 2022 .
During 2022, the top of beneficiaries, who opted for remote licencing services, included applicants/licence holders for the following types of activity:
- Provision of services in the field of cryptographic protection of information - 75%;
- Import and/or export, re-export, sale of weapons and ammunition for civilian use and repair of weapons for civilian use - 72%;
- The activity related to citizens employment in the country and/or abroad - 54%;
- Marketing of tobacco products - 51%;
- Customs broker activity - 49%.
Requests for licensing services can be submitted through the platform of governmental services, by accessing the website; www.servicii.gov.md or through the One Stop Shop platform for the management of permissive documents on the website; www.actpermisiv.gov.md. The services can be accessed non-stop from any computer or mobile device.
