During the summer period or on the eve of holidays, the number of people who apply for documents issuance increases significantly. To support the citizens who request public services, we encourage you to pre-plan your visit to the territorial subdivisions of the PSA based on a pre-registration.
The service of pre-registration both on a regular basis and under an expedited procedure, made through the institution’s official website www.asp.gov.md, will exempt you from standing in a queue for hours, is provided free of charge and available 24 hours a day.
If you are pre-registered for the agency’s services, but in the meantime some changes to your agenda occur and you cannot come to the PSA subdivision, you must cancel your pre-registration. The pre-registration can be only cancelled with the support of a Call-centre specialist (14 909).
A new pre-registration for a visit to the PSA can only be made after the previous one is canceled.
Online pre-registration was launched by the Public Services Agency in 2019. During the first year this tool was used by around 300 thousand applicants. In 2022, the number of online pre-registrations tripled, reaching 914185.
