Electronic cadastral services, available for real estate in 9 other districts and town of Cainari

The Public Services Agency announces the expansion of the list of localities for which online requests for electronic services in the field of cadastre is available through the new electronic services development platform (ESDP) jointly developed with the E-Governance Agency.

Thus, starting from March 30, 2023, both individuals and legal entities will be able to request online and obtain in electronic format in the personal cabinet (Governmental Portal of the Citizen and Entrepreneur: mcabinet.gov.md) various cadastral documents for the real estate located in the town of Cainari and districts of Causeni, Hincesti, Ialoveni, Leova, Dubasari, Straseni, Nisporeni, Orhei and Calarasi.

We remind you that online applications are submitted through the Public Services Portal www.servicii.gov.md. Services are provided for a fee and paid for through the government electronic payment service MPay, electively using any payment instrument, such as: bank card, ApplePay/Google Pay, internet banking, cash payments and electronic coins.

(!!!) Please note that the applicant must have an electronic signature to obtain an electronic cadastral document. Thus, we encourage the citizens of the Republic of Moldova to obtain a digital signature.

If a paper document is requested, the applicant will have 2 options to receive it: at the multifunctional center which is chosen when placing the order, or at the specified address, using the government delivery service MDelivery, which is integrated with the ESDP.

The project of launching cadastral services through the electronic services development platform (PDSE) is being implemented in stages. Currently, electronic cadastral services are available for immovable property located in: municipalities of Chisinau and Balti, ATU Gagauzia, town of Cainari and districts of Ungheni, Anenii Noi, Criuleni, Causeni, Hincesti, Ialoveni, Leova, Dubasari, Straseni, Nisporeni, Orhei and Calarasi. Within the next two months the accession of electronic cadastral services through the new platform (ESDP), will be available for imovable properties located throughout the country.
