The „State registration of a legal entity in the Republic of Moldova” service is also available remotely. Those who want to take advantage of this opportunity must have a qualified advanced electronic signature, access to the Internet and an electronic address. The qualified advanced electronic signature can be obtained from the Information Technology and Cyber Security Service, the Center of Information Technologies in Finance, and mobile operators.
The state registration consists of several stages, during which the applicant for state registration services interacts and collaborates online with service provider, the Public Services Agency.
To access the service the applicant shall pass several steps:
1. Verification and reservation of the name of legal entity
- Download of the Application form for verification and reservation of the name of legal entity.
- Completion, electronic signature and transmission of the application form to the address inregistrare.ud@asp.gov.md to verify and reserve the name of legal entity.
- Payment of the service charge and receipt of the Certificate of approval and reservation of the name of legal entity.
2. Preparation of constituent documents of a legal entity
- Selection and download of the set of documents according to the legal form of organization of the legal entity.
- Download of the Application form for state registration of a legal entity.
- Completion, electronic signature and transmission of the application form for state registration and set of documents (according to the legal form of organization of the legal entity) to inregistrare.ud@asp.gov.md.
- Payment of the registration fee.
3. Receipt of documents confirming the state registration in the State Register of Legal Entities (SRLE) and assignment of the state identification number (IDNO)
- Issuance / Receipt of documents confirming the state registration in the State Register of Legal Entities (SRLE), which also contain the state identification number (IDNO).
