The Public Services Agency announces that starting from April 28, 2023, both individuals and legal entities will be able to request online and obtain in electronic format various cadastral documents for real estate located throughout the territory of the Republic of Moldova.
Currently, the following cadastral documents are available: extracts from the Register of Immovable Property; information on the value of real estate and cadastral plans for real estate; as well as the information from the Central Data Bank of the Cadastre of Immovable Property about the real estate belonging to a natural/legal person.
Online applications are submitted through the Public Services Portal www.servicii.gov.md. Services are provided for a fee and paid through the government electronic payment service MPay, electively using any payment instrument, such as: bank card, ApplePay/Google Pay, internet banking, cash payments and electronic coins.
(!!!) Please note that the applicant must have an electronic signature to obtain an electronic cadastral document. Thus, we encourage the citizens of the Republic of Moldova to obtain a digital signature.
Upon request, cadastral documents can also be issued on paper. In such a case, the applicant will have 2 options to receive them: at the chosen multifunctional center or at the specified address, using the government delivery service MDelivery, which is integrated with the ESDP.
Electronic services in the field of cadastre are provided through the new electronic services development platform (ESDP) jointly developed with the E-Governance Agency, which allows them to be accessed from all corners of the world. Previously the services could only be accessed from the territory of the Republic of Moldova.
