The Public Services Agency invites you to participate, on Friday, May 12, 2023, between 10:00 and 11:15, in a webinar dedicated to procedures for requesting and obtaining permissive documents issued by the Public Services Agency (PSA). Currently, entrepreneurs in the Republic of Moldova can request and obtain from the PSA 19 types of permissive documents: 13 licences and 6 authorizations.
The webinar is meant, first of all, for entrepreneurs and future entrepreneurs, specialists working in public institutions, and also for senior managers and executives from both central and local public administration, as well as for other interested persons.
The trainer of the webinar, Semion Raiu, Deputy Chief of the Directorate for Licencing of Legal Entitiess (PSA), will address the following topics:
- Normative framework concerning the regulation by authorization of the entrepreneurial activity;
- Criteria for determining the types of activity subject to regulation by licencing;
- Types of permissive documents issued by the PSA;
- Procedure for online request for permissive documents issuance;
- Licencing conditions by types of activity;
- Involvement of the supervising bodies in permissive documents issuance;
- Licence fees for different categories of applicants/licence holders;
- Obligations of licence holders.
The webinar will be held in Romanian, through the Microsoft Teams platform.
