In accordance with Article 6 of the Law no. 239-XVI of November 13, 2008 on transparency in decision-making, on April 26, 2018 the Public Services Agency initiated public consultations on the Environmental and Social Management Framework Project (CMMS) of the Real Estate Registration (real estate), Local Evaluation and Taxation Project, funded by the World Bank.
The CMMS project was published on the Public Services Agency website (www.asp.gov.md) and the webpage www.particip.gov.md, before the World Bank approval procedure, so that interested parties were able to get acquainted with the content of the document and to formulate possible recommendations, suggestions and/or observations.
On May 15, 2018, within the Public Services Agency a public meeting was held with the participation of central public authorities’ representatives, local public authorities, public associations, where the proposals and observations on the CMMS project were discussed.
The final version of the CMMS was finalized taking into account the recommendations of the participants.
The Public Services Agency thanks all institutions and individuals who participated in the consultation process and contributed to improve the Environmental and Social Management Framework (CMMS) of the Real Estate Registration (real estate), Local Evaluation and Taxation Project.
