The Public Services Agency announces the expansion of the list of the public services provided through the Mobile Office.
In the context of the Public Services Agency's cooperation with the local public authorities, the citizens will be able to benefit from the cadastral services at the local Mayor's Office, where the Mobile Office of the PSA will carry out its activity, based on a work schedule coordinated with the local public authority.
The following cadastral services can be ordered through the Mobile Office:
- entry of the lease on the agricultural lands;
- registration of immovable property and rights over them;
- cadastral works;
- services for providing information in the field of Cadastre of Immovable Property.
The Mobile Office services will be provided by the territorial cadastral bodies, based on the cooperation agreement concluded with the interested Mayor's Offices. The model agreement can be accessed here.
The tariffs for the services provided through the Mobile Offices are identical to the tariffs paid upon the submission of an application to the Multifunctional Centres, and the departure of the Mobile Office team is free of charge.
The applications shall be submitted at the local public authorities (in the Mayor’s Office building). Based on the applications submitted to the Mayor's Office, jointly with the representatives of the local public authorities, a schedule will be established for the Mobile Office departure to the localities throughout the country. The schedule will be published on the media platforms of the Public Services Agency.
The issuance of the executed documents in accordance with the services provided on the basis of the applications submitted to the Mobile Office will be carried out within the established period, at the Multifunctional Centre in whose service area the immovable property is located. Upon request, the documents can also be issued at the Mobile Office.
The payment method: payment for the services provided shall be made through the post or bank offices available in the respective locality. Furthermore, the payment can be made through the "post-terminals", as well as by bank card through the MPay application or Internet banking.
According to the departure schedule for the second quarter of this year, the Mobile Office will provide services in the localities of Vulcanesti, Basarabeasca, Comrat, Straseni, Soldanesti, Rezina, Glodeni, Briceni, Ocnita, Edinet districts. For the second semester, the service is expected to be provided in the localities of Rascani, Soroca, Falesti, Floresti, Ungheni, Anenii Noi, Ialoveni, Cahul districts.
