Starting today, February 1, 2023, a series of cadastral services, which can be ordered and issued in electronic format, with no need for applicants to go to the multifunctional centers of the Public Services Agency, have become available for citizens of the Republic of Moldova.
During the pilot period of the project, citizens will be able to request and obtain electronic documents only for immovable properties located in the municipality of Chisinau.
The online cadastral services are provided on a new platform (electronic services development platform), which is secure and easy to use. By means of a new platform both individuals and legal entities will be able to order online and obtain in electronic format extracts from the Register of Immovable Property, certificates on the value of real estate and cadastral plans for real estate in the municipality of Chisinau.

The new platform can be used by holders of electronic signatures (authenticated users) and by other persons (unauthenticated users).
For electronic signature holders, the process of submitting the application is very easy as most fields are already pre-filled with the applicant's personal data, contained in various information systems. Thus, we encourage the citizens of the Republic of Moldova to obtain a digital signature.
The requested document, in electronic format, can be downloaded from the personal cabinet (mcabinet.gov.md) from the Governmental Portal of the Citizen or Entrepreneur.
Upon request, the copy of the electronic document will be issued on paper. The beneficiary will be able to get it at the requested multifunctional center or receive it directly at the indicated address, using the governmental delivery service MDelivery.
The respective services will be paid through MPay - the governmental electronic payment service, using any payment instrument electively, such as: bank card, internet banking, payment terminals, e-banking systems and cash payments.
