Starting from 1 October 2026, in some localities of the Republic of Moldova, cadastral services will be provided only at the territorial offices of the Public Institution Real Estate Cadastre, while in other localities they will be provided both at the territorial offices of the Cadastral Services and at the PSA Multifunctional Centres.
We remind you that, since January 2024, the Real Estate Cadastre has operated as a separate public institution. For the convenience of citizens, cadastral services have continued to be provided at the PSA Multifunctional Centres. Gradually, these services will be provided at the offices of the Public Institution Real Estate Cadastre (IP CBI).
PSA Multifunctional Centres (where Cadastre service counters will remain): Chișinău (all 5 centres), Anenii Noi; Cimișlia, Comrat, Criuleni, Florești, Ialoveni, Leova, Ocnița, Rîșcani, Șoldănești, Strășeni, Telenești.
Territorial offices of IP CBI where cadastral services will be provided: Bălți, Basarabeasca, Briceni, Cahul, Cantemir, Călărași, Căușeni, Ceadîr-Lunga, Dondușeni, Drochia, Edineț, Fălești, Glodeni, Hîncești, Nisporeni, Orhei, Rezina, Sîngerei, Soroca, Ștefan Vodă, Taraclia, Ungheni, Vulcănești.
