The Public Services Agency (PSA) announces that on Saturday, 31 October 2026, it will provide practical driving examination services for obtaining the right to drive category B vehicles.
The examination will take place at the examination centre in the Rîșcani sector of Chișinău municipality, at 1 Academician Sergiu Rădăuțanu Street. A total of 165 places have been made available for this day.
Attention – booking by telephone
As some of the PSA's digital services, including online booking, are currently unavailable, bookings for Saturday, 31 October 2026, will be made exclusively by telephone through the customer support service on 14909. Places will be allocated in the order in which requests are received.
When booking, candidates are asked to have the following documents at hand:
Identity document (identity card);
Driving school completion certificate (training certificate);
Driver's medical certificate.
Mandatory participation requirement:
To take the practical test on 31 October 2026, candidates must have completed at least 10 calendar days between their most recent attempt at the practical test and the examination date. Candidates who do not meet this requirement will not be admitted to the examination.
The PSA encourages interested candidates to book in advance and thanks them for their understanding and patience. The Agency will inform the public of any changes to the booking procedure as soon as electronic services are restored.
