- it operates on the basis of the model articles of association of the horticultural association, approved by Government Decision no.629 of 13.11.1991;
- upon state registration, the list of members of the horticultural association to whom land plots have been allocated shall also be submitted;
- the name of the association shall use the words “Întovărăşirea pomicolă” together with the specific name;
- upon registration, a certificate is requested from the mayoralty on whose territory the land plot of the horticultural association is located, confirming that no horticultural association is registered on that land.
