- research and development institute with branches; research and development enterprise; innovation enterprise; scientific centre; innovation centre; scientific station; independent scientific laboratory; higher education institution and its structures in the field of science and innovation; association in the field of science and innovation; scientific fund; innovation fund; financial institution for supporting activity in the field of science and innovation; technology park and technopolis; scientific museum; scientific library; scientific archive; scientific publishing house; other organisations in the field of science and innovation.
- the articles of association of a public law organisation in the field of science and innovation are approved in the established manner and in agreement with the Academy of Sciences and, as the case may be, with the central specialised body;
- the articles of association of an organisation in the field of science and innovation must contain the provisions of art.145 of the Code on Science and Innovation of the Republic of Moldova no.259/2004.
