- The application for registration of the Public Institution, in the form approved by the state registration body;
- Confirmation and approval of the availability of the name;
- The constitutive act of the Public Institution, signed by the founder, which shall contain provisions on its establishment, the approval of the articles of association, the nominal appointment of the head, of the administrative board and of the auditor of the public institution, and the designation of the person responsible for registration.
- The articles of association, in two copies, approved by the founder;
- The opinion on the registration of the Public Institution, issued by the specialised body (as the case may be).
- The documents attesting the granting of the registered office of the legal entity;
- The bank document confirming proof of payment of the registration fee of 1149 lei;
- Information on the beneficial owner of the legal entity (basis: art.14 of Law no.308 of 22 December 2017 on preventing and combating money laundering and terrorism financing).
