Required documents
Application;
Power of attorney (as applicable);
Commitment regarding compliance with the control regime for trade in strategic goods, signed by the applicant or by an authorized representative;
Certificate of no criminal record of the applicant, in original;
Declaration on own responsibility confirming that no trade in strategic goods has been carried out without authorization;
Excerpt from the State Register of Legal Entities;
Authorization and identification data for the persons designated to submit or collect the documents to/from the issuing authority;
Bank account numbers in MDL and in foreign currency;
Signature specimens of the persons authorized to sign the specific applications submitted to the issuing authority during the validity period of the registration, and of the persons authorized to collect/submit the documents to/from the issuing authority.
If the applicant has not been previously registered with the issuing authority, they must additionally submit, in addition to the documents listed above, a company profile (specific activities, product lists, organization, representative business partners, etc.) and documents justifying the need for registration with the issuing authority, as applicable.
In the event of the expiration of the preliminary registration period, registered economic operators shall submit to the issuing authority an application for the extension thereof, in accordance with the registration procedure, at least 60 days prior to the expiration date of the current registration.
Where an extension of the preliminary registration period is requested, a report on trade in strategic goods carried out on the basis of documents issued by the issuing authority shall also be submitted. The report shall include information on the number and type of operations performed, trading partners, as well as the name and quantity of the goods traded.
