44 For the issuance/extension of the license, a licensing fee is charged in favor of the state budget, established by Law No. 160/2011 on the regulation of entrepreneurial activity through licensing, taking into account the exemptions provided for in Art. 1210 of Law No. 160/2011, and Law No. 39/2006 on establishing additional support measures for entrepreneurial activity carried out in the localities on the left bank of the Nistru in the Dubăsari district.
45 For re-issuing the license, a licensing fee is charged in favor of the state budget, established by Law No. 160/2011 on the regulation of entrepreneurial activity through licensing.

The cooperation agreement concluded with the foreign beneficiary, drawn up in Romanian.

Activity related to the employment of the citizens of the Republic of Moldova in the country
The administrator, associates, and employees of the private agency are citizens of the Republic of Moldova with permanent domicile or temporary residence in the territory of the Republic of Moldova.
Employees of the private agency directly involved in carrying out employment mediation activities hold a bachelor’s degree.
The administrator, founder, associates, employees of the private agency, and legal entity have no criminal record.
The private agency has premises that are easily accessible to all categories of people, equipped with electronic communication means, including telephone, computer, internet access, official website, e-mail, and other relevant applications.
Activity related to the employment of the citizens of the Republic of Moldova in the abroad
The administrator and employees of the private agency are citizens of the Republic of Moldova with permanent domicile or temporary residence in the territory of the Republic of Moldova and hold a bachelor's degree.
Employees of the private agency directly involved in carrying out employment mediation activities hold a bachelor’s degree.
The administrator, founder, associates, employees of the private agency, and legal entity have no criminal record and have not been previously convicted of human trafficking, forced labour, organizing illegal migration, pimping, money laundering, and/or crimes related to these offenses.
The private agency has premises that are easily accessible to all categories of people, equipped with electronic communication means, including telephone, computer, internet access, official website, e-mail, and other relevant applications.
The administrator carried out the preliminary verification procedure for the foreign beneficiary and submitted the documents obtained during this procedure to the licensing authority.
The administrator coordinated and concluded cooperation agreements with foreign beneficiaries stipulating genuine job offers and coordinated with them the draft individual employment contract, service provision contract, or draft similar contracts, drawn up in accordance with the legislation of the destination country and the legislation of the Republic of Moldova.
