44 For the issuance/extension of the license, a licensing fee is charged in favor of the state budget, established by Law No. 160/2011 on the regulation of entrepreneurial activity through licensing, taking into account the exemptions provided for in Art. 1210 of Law No. 160/2011, and Law No. 39/2006 on establishing additional support measures for entrepreneurial activity carried out in the localities on the left bank of the Nistru in the Dubăsari district.
45 For re-issuing the license, a licensing fee is charged in favor of the state budget, established by Law No. 160/2011 on the regulation of entrepreneurial activity through licensing.
46 For the issuance of a copy of the license, a licensing fee is charged in favor of the state budget, established by Law
No. 160/2011 on the regulation of entrepreneurial activity through licensing.
47 For the issuance of a duplicate of the license, a licensing fee is charged in favor of the state budget, established by Law No. 160/2011 on the regulation of entrepreneurial activity through licensing.
List of documents to be attached to the application for the issuance/extension of the license
Copy of the authorized pyrotechnician's license for at least one employee.
Copy of the diploma in pyrotechnics (for the production and assembly of pyrotechnic articles).
Copy of the accreditation certificate of the pyrotechnic articles testing laboratory or of the service contract concluded with an accredited testing laboratory (for the production and assembly of pyrotechnic articles).
- Declaration on own responsibility.
Possession of spaces intended for the design, testing, production, assembly, storage, or, where applicable, marketing of pyrotechnic articles, controlled by the drawing up of the relevant inspection minutes by the state supervisory body for fire prevention measures.
Possession of specialized transport for the transport of dangerous goods, in accordance with the conditions established by the European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR) concluded in Geneva on September 30, 1957, to which the Republic of Moldova acceded by Parliament Decision No. 44-XIV of June 4, 1998, or has concluded a contract for the provision of transport services with a person who has specialized transport for the transport of dangerous goods.
Have at least one employee who holds an authorized pyrotechnician's license.
The employment of persons who are at least 18 years of age, are psychologically and medically fit, and have no criminal record.
Compliance with ecological, sanitary, fire safety, and labour protection regulations.
